Ahhhh Sial Montreal, we cant wait to see you again! It has been too long...

We have attended this trade show before, so why are we so excited?

We are meeting with our partners from the East, going over what is new and up coming in the specialty food market. We are being introduced to leaders in the Cheese community, bringing us opportunities to share our passion for the category we love!

We leave Vancouver April 10th for Montreal. Can't wait for the beauty of old Montreal. I love the architecture, energy, cobblestone streets and, yes, the Montreal smoked meat sandwiches! We will visit specialty food stores and cheese boutiques Sunday, finding the best spots in the city. Monday and Tuesday meeting with our partners Plaisirs Gourmet for a guided tour of some of the best artisan cheese plants in Quebec!

Wednesday through Friday we will be attending the show, sourcing new products for the West and connecting with old friends in the industry.

I can't wait to share all of the exciting things that happened and will be taking place!
